  9.                         Confirming our telephonic conversation of this morning, I sent this day a cable to Paris stating that you authorized the purchase for $6000. or less of the Still-Life by Cezanne, a photograph of which we sent you yesterday, which belongs to Mr. Vollard.  I have also cabled that the money would be forthcoming upon the reception of the painting and asked our Paris House to cable as soon as the business is completed.
  10.                          I have not mentioned in my cable the way you wished the shipment made.  As this shipment can be made
